To request a return & exchange, please contact customer service within 7 days (including holidays) from the day you receive the product.
Information including "Name", "Order number", "Contact number", "Name of the product wish to be exchanged", "Reason for exchange & image", etc. need to be provided. Your exchange request will then be processed.

Notes on Exchange
l The receipt of product to be exchanged is required.
l Product must be returned in its original intact packaging, including price tags and labels.
l Discounted items are not eligible for exchanges
l Exchange of used, worn, washed, modified or damaged product will not be accepted.
Exchanges cannot be accepted in the following cases:
- Underwear
- Altered items
- Used items
- Washed items
- Products with missing or damaged tags, original packaging, and other accessories
- Products that are bought more than 7 days from the date of receipt
- Products with no receipt (except forproducts purchased through online stores)
- Products with damage or stains caused by the customer
- Color difference problem
In case of any dispute, Four O'Clock reserves the right of final decision.
We do not offer refunds (except for specialcircumstances).
